Uday is the Promoter and Managing Partner of Investor's Trust India. He has spent more than a decade in Equity Research & Investment Advisory, advising FIIs, Corporates, and HNIs on wealth creation, deal structuring and transaction advisory. 

His career started with American Express in 1982 where he was overlooking a business with 3,500 banks, 8,700 merchant establishments and 15 branches. He then joined Citibank in 1986 as part of a core team that set-up Consumer Banking Operations in India, and was instrumental in acquiring Diner's Franchise. 

More recently, Uday worked as a consultant with Billimoria Consultants where he advised various MNCs and Indian Corporates on strategic and financial issues.
